Meet the Judges

Steven Fund, Corporate Vice President — AMD

As a Corporate Vice President at AMD, Steven is responsible for helping to reposition the company to be a leader in high performance computing and AI by building a strong master brand as well as leading the company’s creative output, among other corporate marketing functions.

Steven has held marketing leadership roles with some of the world’s most recognized companies. Prior to AMD, he was the chief marketing officer at Intel, and has held senior brand and marketing positions at Staples, PepsiCo and P&G.

Steven and his teams have received widespread recognition including AdAge’s Marketer A-List. Additionally, he has been named AdWeek’s Brand Genius, PRWeek’s Global Marketer of the Year, and one of the world’s most influential CMOs by Forbes.

LaSandra Brill, Vice President of Global Marketing — NVIDIA

LaSandra Brill is Vice President of Global Digital Marketing at NVIDIA, where she is driving the company’s AI-first marketing transformation. She leads a global team of more than 200 marketers across data strategy, CRM, media, corporate social responsibility, marketing automation, and analytics—pioneering an “NVIDIA on NVIDIA” approach to AI-powered marketing.

Prior to NVIDIA, LaSandra led Digital and Social Media Marketing at Symantec, where she spearheaded a full-scale digital transformation, modernizing the web experience, improving demand generation efficiency, and integrating customer touchpoints. Earlier in her career at Cisco, she built and scaled the company’s social media marketing strategy and played a key role in one of its top-performing product launches.

Her work has earned industry recognition, including the Adobe Experience Maker Award and the Best Data-Driven Experience Award. She has also been named one of the Top 50 Influential Digital Marketers by the Online Marketing Institute and one of the Top 25 Women Who Rock Social Media.

Beyond her professional work, LaSandra serves on the Board of Directors for LuMind Down Syndrome Research Foundation and the Executive Advisory Board for Parents Helping Parents, supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.

Jakki Geiger, Chief Marketing Officer — Arango


Jakki is a 4X CMO and global marketing leader with over two decades of experience guiding high-growth B2B SaaS companies in data, analytics, and AI/ML. A full-stack marketer, she specializes in go-to-market strategy, brand transformation, and building customer-centric, revenue-driven growth engines.

Before Arango, she held marketing leadership roles at Informatica (acquired by Salesforce), Hazelcast, Reltio (acquired by SAP), Pyramid Analytics (acquired by ServiceNow), and several venture-backed startups that achieved successful exits. She has also advised VC- and PE-backed companies through her work with Winning by Design.

Known for translating complex technologies into clear, differentiated narratives, Jakki leverages AI to accelerate modern marketing while aligning teams around measurable business outcomes. A frequent speaker and panelist, she brings a practical perspective on how creativity, data, and customer insight come together to drive growth.

Role of a Judge

Purpose

Judges will evaluate the marketing strategies and deliverables created by participant teams, assessing each based on innovation, feasibility, and potential impact on the assigned nonprofit’s mission.

Judging Criteria

  • Creativity and innovation in campaign design
  • Effectiveness of proposed strategies (email, social media, SEM, etc.)
  • Feasibility and real-world potential for implementation

Time Commitment

2–3 hours in the evening, including team presentations, deliberation, awards, and a post-event networking happy hour.
